This landmark hotel opened in 1889 and is still considered to be the place to stay in London. Whether for business or pure pleasure, a stay at The Savoy entails the ultimate in gracious luxury, attentive service and an incomparable location. During the 1990s, The Savoy Hotel London has been extensively restored. New rooms and facilities have been added, and advanced systems and technology installed.
Accommodation
This hotel has 263 bedrooms to suit any taste and occasion, including 161 deluxe and superior rooms and 72 suites, personalized with prints and china, and fitted with king or queen beds made up with Irish linen sheets. Many have original Art Deco touches, such as lights, etched mirrors and high stucco ceilings. All have music and movies on demand, safe, fax, large umbrella, bathrobe, slippers, and shoe shine service. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with Floris toiletries, telephone, and Savoy-embossed towels.
Bars & Restaurants
With lovely views over the Embankment Gardens and the River Thames, the River Restaurant features a menu that combines contemporary and classical dishes with great skill. The newly restored Savoy Grill's menu offers modern European dishes and Savoy Grill classics. The Upstairs Restaurant, with its large windows overlooking the front entrance, serves traditional Mediterranean cuisine and a variety of light, healthy contemporary dishes. The American Bar is the home of The Savoy's original and classic cocktails and renowned malt whisky collection.

The Fitness Gallery at The Savoy is situated on the third floor above the historic Savoy Theatre. Moderate rooms offer High Speed Internet access and are equipped to fulfill your basic requirements while traveling. Decorated in Art Deco or Traditional décor, Moderate rooms represent excellent value and simple comfort in a luxury

Located throughout the hotel, Deluxe rooms come complete with a comfortable armchair, a well-equipped working desk and a large closet with built-in drawers. Deluxe rooms are designed to ensure comfort and luxury during your stay at The Savoy.

Fairmont Family Suite
Fairmont Family Suites offer high Speed Internet and are popular with families. The Family Suites feature two bedrooms and one large private bathroom, all accessed through a cozy central foyer. Entrance to the entire suite is via one main door to the hotel hallway.
The master bedroom has one King or one Queen bed and the second bedroom has two Twin beds. Both bedrooms are well proportioned and provide generously-sized closets with built-in drawers.
There is one luxurious marble bathroom off the central foyer that joins the two bedrooms. It features a separate tub and spacious walk-in shower. There is no parlor, however, both bedrooms have an armchair and small table and a door that allows each bedroom to close off for privacy. Additionally, each bedroom has its own television and stocked mini-fridge bar.
