Metered parking is available outside the hotel and the nearest car park is a NCP close to Paddington Station which is within good walking distance.

This privately run hotel was the former home of the famous Victorian artist and poet, Edward Lear. The current management are confident that you won't find a better value hotel as close to 'Oxford Street'. The hotel comprises 31 rooms all with colour televisions, direct dial telephones and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are available with and without ensuite bathrooms. There is also an exquisite library holding many of Lear's original works.

Our Comments

Great location for this popular hotel in the very heart of the 'West End'. Good value for money and enough nursery rhymes and nonsense songs (see their library) to soothe any boisterous kids! Warmly recommended.
