| Where
can I get information about travelling around London? |
| For a tube map of London and
valuable information "dedicated to helping tourists find
their way around the capital" before you arrive, visit
http://www.londontransport.co.uk
We recommend that travelling around London is quicker
and easier by tube and the use of "Travelcards" is
recommended for most tourists. Maps and other information are
always available at our reception desk. |
| Where
can I park the car? |
Parking costs for a car in central
London are prohibitively expensive and you're strongly advised
to use taxis or public transport whilst you're here. If you
do have a car, there are parking meters at the door (£1 for
20 minutes!) or several parking garages in the immediate area,
e.g £3.50 for 2hrs, £7 for 4 hrs, £21 for 24 hrs.
Street parking is free from 6.30pm - 8.30am Monday-Friday, |
